It has a touch screen if you use it in the default way (touch only when the car is stopped, otherwise the knob selector must be used).

Thank you so much. I did the diagnostic touch screen unlock but that's it. At least with rotary controls you can learn a few of the shortcuts 'by heart' so you don't need to take your eyes off the road.

If I may add, the built-in cameras are very clear for the Santa Fe.

On the commander switch (once the CMU is booted), hold down Favorites (star) + Mute + Music until you get a black and white input screen on the display.

If you do the downgrade-thing, touch can be enabled for AIO.

One of the new features for the 2021 Mazda CX-5 is a new infotainment system. While there are tweaks out there I have to say I find the command knob so much easier & more intuitive, frankly when I drive my wife’s Tiguan it’s annoying having to.

With the new 2021's the button is pretty intuitive that I do NOT need to touch.

I previously listed some basic specs in this introduction back in May, in which I also gave my first impressions about this two-row.

I have nav on my phone but with touch disabled that also becomes hard to use.

In order for the navigation system to function, the SD card for the navigation system is required.
